Fantasy Commissioner Technical Support


We strive to have the best technical support in the business. During the busiest days (the three weeks before opening day), we extend our business hours. So don't be surprised to receive a reply to your e-mail at two in the morning! We will answer all e-mails within 24 hours after we receive it - any day of the week!.

Before contacting us, please be sure to look in the Manual (HTML version) or Manual (PDF Format).

If you have a question and you can't find the answer in the online help, there is a good chance that someone else has already asked the same question. The Frequently Asked Questions section will be continuously updated with answers to the most frequently asked questions. Be sure to check out the FAQs... they may contain answers to questions that you haven't thought of asking!

The best way to reach us is to send an e-mail message to:

Contacting us via e-mail is usually the fastest way to reach us, plus it allows us a better way to send you detailed answers. Also, you can send us an e-mail during non-business hours and usually receive a quick reply. We answer all e-mail within 24 hours (and most emails are answered within a few hours).

Please help us by following these guidelines when sending email to us:
  • Make sure to include your league ID, Team ID, Account ID, and User ID. This info is on the home page of your league. You can just copy that info into your email. Please note we are asking for your league ID, NOT your league name. Failure to email this info will mean we will have to send you an email requesting it, delaying us in helping you
  • Include your full name in the message
  • When replying to a message from us, please include all previous message text in your reply so we can easily refer back to the previous conversation. You may receive one message from us in a day, but we receive many messages in a day, so if you reply with just one word or one sentence, we don't necessarily know what you are referring to
  • If you send a message and then figure out the answer yourself, please send follow-up message to let us know that you no longer need a response
Message Board
You can post a question on our Message Board. The benefit of a message board is that the questions can also be answered by other users. The message board will contain answers to common questions and problems, so it is a great place to check before emailing us.
