As the commissioner, you have the ability to add and drop players from any team. You can do this for the current week, or for any past week. This is useful if you have owners who do not have web access, and you want to enter the free agent moves for them. This is also useful for correcting any mistakes that where made in previous weeks in adding or dropping players. You can also use this screen to enter the initial rosters for all the owners after your draft has been completed. To avoid giving pickup fees to owners while entering the initial rosters, just go to the League Rules screen and enter a zero for the Pickup Price, then enter all the rosters, then go back to the League Rules screen and enter the Pickup Price.
