If you are an owner or commissioner of a league on Fantasy Commissioner Web, and wish to create a second league in which you will be commish, you will need to go to the Team Login page and choose "I have an account and wish to join or create a league". After you enter your username and password, you will then be able to create a second league. By using the same account, you can easily switch between leagues via the League Home Page.
