The first step in creating a new league is to go to the League Login web page and click on the "Create New Account" button. A "New Account Setup" page will be displayed where you will create an account for yourself by entering info about yourself, and choosing a username and password that you will use to logon to your leagues web site. Your account will be giving commissioner privileges, and you will be the only one allowed to setup and modify any of the league information. Once you create an account, a "Choose League" screen will display. Since you are creating a new league, choose the option "Create New League" and hit the OK button. Your league will then be created, and you will process to a screen where you can enter all the League Rules. Please note that you do not have to enter all your rules right after you create your league. You can come back at any time to finish entering your rules. Anytime you wish to access your league, just go to the League Login web page, enter your username and password, and click the Login button. Also, a fantasy team has been created for you. The name for your fantasy team was set to 'Commish Team' and can be changed using the Fantasy Teams screen.
