There is a Print button on all the reports. When you click on this button, it will NOT send the report to your printer. Rather, it will open up another instance of your web browser that contains the report you where looking at formatted to print better. The menus, graphics, and buttons will be removed so the report will look much better when it is printed. Then, in this new instance of your web browser, press the browsers Print button to send the report to your printer.
