As the commissioner, you have the ability to change a starting lineup for any team. You can do this for the current week, or for any past week. This is useful if you have owners who do not have web access, and you want to enter the starting lineup for them. This is also useful for correcting any mistakes that where made in previous weeks in entering the starting lineups.
