Dear Fantasy Commissioner Web Commissioners,
It is with great excitement that I announce today my company, First Place Sports Software, has entered into a partnership with RealTime Fantasy Sports. Starting with the 2010 football season, they will power all of the Fantasy Commissioner Web leagues.
Don’t worry; you will not have to do a thing. All your league info, scoring rules, league history, league logos, team logos, commish notes, message board posts, and everything else has been moved to the new site. Simply login like you always have done and you will be redirected to their site (which has been made to look and feel similar to the old site). The site is all ready for the 2010 season.
And as a bonus, the new site costs 10% less if ordered by August 15th.
As you will see, RealTime Fantasy Sports is by far the best home for your league. Not only do they support all the features of the old site, they have over 70 additional features (including frequently requested items like free fantasy news, individual defensive players, co-commissioner support, keeper leagues, and mobile support). The full list of enhancements is at http://www.webleaguemanager.com/web2010.html. In addition and of great importance to me is the fact they have phone support and 24/7 email support to help with any questions or issues you have with the transfer (they have five dedicated customer support people).
The reasons for this partnership are many, but the short answer is that I have been providing a 24/7 site for fantasy football league management for the last 16 years and I am looking forward to some new challenges in the computer industry while still providing you with the quality site you deserve.
I have known the owners of RealTime Fantasy Sports for the last 15 years and have worked closely with them to insure a smooth transition. I won’t be going away: I will be there to provide support, answer emails, and help add more features to the site, among other things. I will now be part of a large team who will work hard to improve the site each year, giving you much more than I can do on my own.
We have created two web pages to help you with learning the new site: a page that lists all the menu links on the old site with their corresponding menu links on the new site: http://www.webleaguemanager.com/conversionguide.html, and a FAQ page: http://www.webleaguemanager.com/conversionfaq.html. We are here to help if you have any questions at support@rtsports.com or 636-447-1170.
I have made many valuable friendships over the last 16 years of running the site, and hope those friendships continue. If you would like to send me a personal email, you can do so at james@footballsoftware.com.
Thanks,
James Serra
Owner,
